We aim to process and ship all items within 2 - 3 working days , if this is not possible you will be informed at the earliest opportunity and be advised of the expected shipping date.

All items purchased to be delivered to a United Kingdom mainland address or Northern Ireland address are inclusive of postage and packaging costs.

All items to be shipped to Europe , United States and the Rest of the World are subject to the following extra shipping charges per item..

The vast majority of our items are shipped using the Royal Mails Insured services although sometimes we may use similarly efficient alternative couriers for some items.

ALL items regardless of destination will be sent out via an insured and signed for service so that should there be any loss or damage to any ordered items appropriate insurance cover is in place.

RETURNS

We only accept items back that are not as described or that have been damaged or ruined during transit. Any item to be returned will ony be accepted back if prior permission has been given. Any returned item must be sent back via a signed for or insured postal or shipping service.
